Jill sent an email on
the 22nd of January with the agenda. We need to finalize the
agenda as well as the text that follows the agenda.
Tyler said
that the breakout sessions should focus on the type of group that
shows up (developers, admins, etc.). He said that the "Killer
Implementations" seems more plenary.
Tyler mentioned that
there is more language to develop for the fourth item: What are the
vaious Directory Configuations that can be used? How can one
retro fit existing components with H.350 compliant components?
Jill
said that Christine will try to elicit some real world scenerios to
do "case studies" on. She said that any attribute
review on important attributes will be taken care of in the second
item.
Tyler said that it is important that Jill sets up Nadim
by saying something like, "Here's an example of an H.350 tool
that was built.", (meaning ViDe.Net).
Nadim said that
showing ViDe.Net can be brief and then we could show CGU and/or
RADVISION interaction. He said the group then could show how
one manually configures an endpoint and mention that can be avoided.
He said we could show the SIP client without actually making the
call.
Tyler said this will segway to head people into certain
breakouts later in the afternoon. He also said that the third
item on the agenda can propose several new products and services with
H.350. He said we should coordinate so that we don't go into
too much detail in the morning sessions.
Jill will provide a
timeline for the agenda. She said there are two choices for the
breakouts: The group could run them twice each so that people can
attend two sessions or the group could just run long sessions.
It was agreed that the group will plan on short sessions unless the
need arises for longer sessions.
Everyone took sections and
provided a brief paragraph on what was involved with each section.
